Our Mission
STEMbiotic Communities Inc. is a 501(c)(3) that forms “partnerships” with the business, academic, nonprofit, and public service sectors to ensure youth with limited resources take to heart the message “STEM is for You, Too” and get connected to opportunities that facilitate their development of Science-Technology-Engineering-Mathematics (STEM) basic competencies and life skills to obtain postsecondary credentials and establish life-stabilizing careers. Through partnerships, our organization connects youth with limited resources to life-changing experiences that empower them to develop essential STEM/STEAM, Leadership, and Life Skills, preparing them to thrive in their careers and societies-at-large. Through partnerships, we act as a catalyst and enabler to align, focus, and maximize the total capabilities of all partnership members to support America’s youth.

2030 is just around the corner! It is time to engage all youth so that they, too, are capable, passionate, and prepared to launch and sustain successful careers as well as participate as thriving and valuable members of their communities and the global economy!
Core Programs
- Voices that Solve: Young Minds Clear Voices – Cross-sector collaborations with nonprofits, schools, HBCUs, and Fortune 100 companies to provide STEM debates, mentoring, scholarships, internships, and employment pathways to amplify young minds with clear voices.
- STEM Speak Contests – Creative STEM ideation contests that spark curiosity, reflection, STEM learning, and team building in economically challenged communities.
- Jeremy Cross Fellows Program – Youth ages 11–15 with limited resources join Children’s International Summer Village (CISV) programs worldwide, building critical thinking, leadership, cross-cultural understanding, and other life skill development opportunities - all supporting STEM/STEAM and other careers.
